GENDAI REIKI HO – INTRODUCTION & LEVEL ONE

9:30 am to 4:30 pm (all 3 days)

RETURNING STUDENTS: $225.00 plus the cost of the manuals, about an extra $20 per manual.

What we will study:

• Level One Reiki meditations
• Reiki Ryoho history and core spiritual teachings
• The Five Principles and how to apply them in your everyday life
• Hand positions and giving treatments
• Grounding and centring through Reiki
• Treating plants, animal and water through Reiki
• This class includes post-class community practice, and meditation and post- class requirements
