DESCRIPTION:Celebrating the Abundance of I am Enough\n\n“If you know who you are\, people cannot tell you who you are.” \nNaike Forde and her father Samuel Forde \n\nSummer Solstice is the celebration of the longest day\, the time where in the Northern Hemisphere we bask in the warmth and beauty of the sun for 14.5 hours.\n“Our sun is at the centre of our solar system. Our planet and our lives revolve around its cycles of light and dark. Our inner and outer biological rhythms – as well as the rhythms of every animate and inert part of life – are ruled by this celestial force. Traditionally\, it has been associated with warmth\, light\, happiness\, joy\, hope\, enlightenment\, illumination\, truth\, cheer\, goodwill.”  Denise Linn\, Sacred Destiny Oracle.\nThe sun carries the deepest energies of expansion and abundance. So it is fitting to take this opportunity and celebrate this solstice to celebrate our abundance within … that we are enough.\n \nNaike Forde\, a certified yoga instructor\, a registered psychotherapist and a wonderful friend will share her story of going home to the Motherland\, to Ghana\, to connect with Elders and be among her original people. It was a journey of coming home to herself and being more grounded in who she is today. Farley Foundation). \n3. Offer a donation to my Angel Trust Fund which offers BIPOC clients the gift of Reiki and whole life therapies from me or pay for your friend to attend Peace Circle now or some other time.
