Moving into Reiki Freedom

It has been said that we start to really let go of our sense of responsibility and stress once we get about 2 hours from home. It is at that point we realize there is nothing we can do about ‘what’s at home’ – which then frees us to let go and engage in what we are doing.
YOU ARE INVITED to a weekend Reiki retreat at the idyllic Lotus Heart Centre. Immerse your heart and whole being into Reiki and into that experience of inner peace, relaxation and simultaneous aliveness for an entire weekend. Surround yourself with a community who shares your passion and commitment to the Reiki path. Enjoy walking on nearby hiking trails. Envision yourself with a cup of tea by the fireplace.
Reiki practice includes hands on Reiki treatments, meditation, self-purification and serving in community. We will enjoy all these Reiki practices. Spend time individually as well as in group activities reflecting on what it means to experience freedom within Reiki.
The Freedoms we will be exploring this weekend include:
- freedom to be you
- freedom to say YES! And NO!
- freedom to think and learn
- freedom to dream
- freedom to act
- freedom to free and be free
- freedom to love
Freedom is the experience of oneness, of non-duality, of remembering we are infinite love. It is seeing life as it is, with all its inherent pain, imbalances and suffering. Infinite Freedom resolves our thinking that we are separate and forgotten individuals. Without Freedom, we find ourselves struggling with anxiety, doubt, worry, with confusion of purpose and direction, and lost to love and the creation of a joyful sense of being.
